I'm not for sure, but you should hold on to your ticket, show ticket for last Sat, , and depending when the rain start, if you did not get to see any races, it only fair that you get to see a race. But I'm not for sure if Kinston going to be open any Sat now at this time, you may wants to call them, they will be open Thursday
