Hi Claude, our Cerritos branch does not have a walk-up window. Our Bixby, East Long Beach and Lakewood branch locations offer this service with windows opening at 8:30 a.m.
Hi Yvette! We are open our normal hours from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm on New Years Eve. We will be closed on New Years Day.
Hi Roberto. Are you trying to make a transfer between an account outside of the Credit Union and an LBS Financial checking or savings account? You may set-up a one-time or recurring transfer from your other financial institution’s online or mobile banking. We do not currently have account to account transfers available in our Online Banking but it will be coming soon. You may move money via Bill Payment or our PayPal service (for a small fee), or even use our free mobile deposit to move money from an outside account to your LBS Financial account. Please let us know if this answers your question!
