I agree with both prior comments, No appointment is needed and it's recommended to be there as soon as they open and they will take care of you sooner. But to feel more at ease call ahead to let them know you will be coming in and also to confirm how long it will take them to service your car. It helps when you mention that you were referred so you can mention me Gerry Garcia with the cadillac. I don't get anything out of it, just like recommending places that do a great job. Edgar, Mike and Sean know me well. Bu the way, if your a first time customer you may get a discount. Check online for coupons. Not sure if they still have them.
No just call early let them know what's the problem and they will give you a good time to bring it in.And when it will be done there really fast usually dine the same day from my experience.
