Went in for a walk in X-ray and the service was amazing! The girl at the front desk was so patient and professional with us. The technician was friendly and thorough with their work. Wish more places had staff like this that work and communicate with the patients

First place I've been to where the appointment time I was given was the time I was seen at. Usually you wait past your scheduled time. Ladies at the front desk were kind, and friendly. CT Scan tech's where spot on. They are kind also, and considerate of your comfort. My overall experience was pretty good compared to most medical office shenanigans. If I were to need more images, I'd definitely try this place again. Thank you Downey Advanced Imaging.

The scheduling person said I needed to be there at 7:15. It doesn’t even open until 730. When I mentioned it they said scheduling always makes mistakes like this. They also had me get there an hour ahead for prep, there was no prep - I sat for 45 minutes for no reason. The CT scan itself was fine, except for they gave me a very small gown that did not fit.

When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and a professional manner. I didn’t wait more than a minute. I filled out a simple form and was about sit when my name was called. My appointment was fast and easy. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional and polite. 5 stars to the ladies at the front desk.
