Roller skaters do ride here, but scooters and bikes are not allowed.
Don't think any place would be against them. Ever park I go to had kids with scooters and nobody had ever gave them any trouble.
Emeryville, West Oakland, and Alameda are more welcoming to roller skating but Berkeley skatepark is welcoming enough.
Yes. My daughter was roller skating here just a week ago. Although almost everyone else was skateboarding, there was at least one other roller skater during the hour she was there.
