Our admitting department can be accessed from the lobby, which opens at 5 am. The lobby entrance is on Harding, which is parallel to Beverly Blvd and on the South side of the hospital campus. You can also be admitted through the Emergency Care Center from Beverly Blvd. if you to be at the hospital before 5 am.
I was directed to the E.R. Reception area just past the security guard on duty. I stopped at the security desk and they took me in within a cpl of minutes. I believe this is the current temporary routing due to upgrades under construction. Seems like it could be confusing but once you identify your needs, they move quickly. There weren't any backups or long waits before receiving the staff's attention. That was my recent experience.
