I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment for an open MRI. The staff walked me through the process and immediately was seen. No long waiting periods which really helped me. The staff is amazing, very kind and professional. I appreciate their help getting me through the MRI especially with my claustrophobic panic. The staff at the front desk was very courteous and polite. They followed all the Covid protocol. The technician was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. He made sure I was able to be in the machine since I am claustrophobic, he was very patient with me. This was the best experience I have ever had taking a MRI.
