I am one of those cheap people who don't want to pay for the internet. I like to use the free internet and download movies from Netflix to my tablet, that way I get my 15.00 dollars worth. Library is clean.

The Montebello Library has a nice selection of books. Even if you can't find what you want here, it's part of the LA County system so you could have any book from any of the libraries in the system delivered here. There are plenty of desks and power outlets so you can use your labtop for work. The Staff is courteous and knowledgeable and overall the atmosphere is nice. Wifi is available and easy to use. This is the library I usually go to.

The Montebello library located on Beverly Blvd is open Monday thru Saturday, during the week they close at 8:00 pm & Saturdays at 5:00 pm.

Not sure about Montebello but most libraries accept donations, if not for the library itself then for the friends of the library book stores

I think kids can get their own library card that is under their parents account. The parent needs to be there to set up the account, but after that the kid is able to check out on their own
