Water is fine. They don't like others. But,there are some soda machines and restaurants at the garden.

You can always bring stuff in your bag. They never check stuff. But they do deplore glass because if it breaks it's a nightmare to clean up.

Only water and necessary food for babies and comfort and handicap assist animals.

Yes for water and other stored drinks in Water Bottles, but no for outside food. They have a couple brunch type restaurants on the grounds. Children's snacks are obviously acceptable ,otherwise food is a no go.

Kid snacks and medically necessary food. Not somewhere you can picnic publicly unless it’s Jazz night when people spread blankets and bring wine and cheese boards!
