There is a nice restaurant called Panarama that is open for lunch, with an excellent menu, as well as a much more casual lunch/snack option downstairs.
Not brunch especially but they do have daily specials that might suit your taste buds. Closed on Mondays but open at 10am any other day. If your looking for quantity, the Zoo is just a short walk away.
