Service was good, fast and friendly. The waiting area inside does not offer cooling in the heat, nor heat in the winter. Dinner on the patio is nice 4 or 5 tables of at least 4 or more. Drive up window is a nice feature. Single unisex bathroom inside waiting area.

Never go here i had to go back 3 times for them to get my order right highly disappointed never again will i eat Imos pizza ordered it twice in 1 day from 2 different locations and was disappointed each time waste of my money.

Our large family orders Imo's about once a week at one of their locations (Morgan Ford, Ballwin, South County most often) for about the past 3 months. I have never gotten such horrible food. I literally ordered Imo's yesterday and am extremely disappointed in the solutions offered when we called to ask what they could do. We had an extremely dissappointing experience at Imo's Morganford today. We ordered pizza and 24 wings, the pizza was cold and the wings were disgusting. The wings were over cooked or maybe recooked and there was very little sauce. The quality is not in line with what we’ve come to expect from Imo’s. They did not offer to replace wings just bring sauce, which would take 45-1hr. So we are supposed to pour sauce on 2 hour old wings and call it ok? That just doesn't make sense as a solution. The pizza we could trade but would have to wait another hour, it was fine microwave. Worse than the lackluster food was the absence of willingness to solve the issue. Saddened by the way we were treated after paying $60 and being such loyal customers.
