We were not in St. Louis when anyone had a Birthday, but I am sure they do something. Their service, and owners are so fabulous. Our son wrote them a letter about how much he loved their Delmar Pizza and THEY WROTE HIM BACK!!! We framed the letter for him. We may vacation again in St. Louis again this summer JUST because we are dying for the Delmar!!

No but you can build your own pizza. they don't have meat lovers my girlfriend works there. They have 9 different meat options.
