Hi Michelle, all three branch lobbies are open for non-deposit / withdrawal transactions. If you need to deposit or withdrawal funds those are done through our drive-ups. Other transactions can be done in our lobbies. What kind of transaction are your wanting to do? Thank YOU!
Yes, the lobby is open, but you must ring the buzzer for entrance. Most basic transactions are done at the drive-up window. I'm not from the area, so when I visit, I usually forget that I must go through the drive-up, but it's fairly quick, and often not too crowded.
