Both types camping including on lake and up hill Not elsewhere yet
The only lakeside camping is the Bernasconi group camp. It is on the South side of the lake and HAS NO HOOK UPS. It is primitive tent camping only. No electricity and no water. There is no camping on the island. It is day use only.
This was my first time visiting this camp ground. No there is no camping by the lake. The campsites are so close, besides it's more like a beach front. Yet they do have an area where you can put whatever type of boat you have in the water of the pier. There is also a large picnic area along the beach area. The bathrooms are huge and they have showers. Plenty of hook ups for the RVS, water lines, im not sure but i don't believe the water was drinkable. Overall its an ideal place to go. It was my first time, I can't wait to get back over there. Ten dollars a day for parking. That's about as much as i can give you I enjoyed myself.
