Took this place since Friday evening to Monday morning to even respond back to the questions and charges they submitted to fleet management. Monday closing they tell me my vehicle is ready for pick up but the tire pressure sensor they put in doesn't work so I would need to bring the vehicle back AGAIN when I have more free time ( because 3 days weren't enough I guess). That Wednesday driving home from work brakes start shaking the entire front end of the van and they just did front and back complete brake job. I take it straight back to them and as of this review Friday 11am they still have yet to look at my vehicle and George answered my call this morning at 845am after a 40 min hold time and said he didn't know anything about the vehicle and would call me back after he checked up on it and I am still waiting. I guess the $3000 they got from the shoddy work is enough to keep them in business since they don't need any more of Enterprise Fleet Management money in the future.

The alignment shop needs to close down like pep boys did. They have the worst customer experience you can ever imagine and they don’t do a good job at anything. Breaks they mess up and blame that they are short staff to avoid fixing it. The worst

Had a tire issue on the highway during the holiday weekendthat needed immediate assistance. The Pep Boys staff was friendly and took my car right in. Tire was replaced and I was on the road again in no time. Highly recommend this place !

First time to come to this branch. I Will never ever return to pep boys Moreno valley. Ive been waiting one and a half hours for my oil change. I had booked my appointment the day before. I came on time. Nobody from staff ever call me what's going on with car oil change status. If I didn't go to the front to check they will not start working on my car. Disappointed customer!
