The Management and Mechanics here are very thorough and quick. I've had very bad experiences with mechanics but these gentlemen are very #Professional in taking care of customers. Of the 9 companies my warranty company gave me to chose from I'm so glad I had chosen this one. Thank you Jack. 😊 I will definitely continue to take my car here in the future.

From: Dennis Harter Did below par tune up and had to go to another mechanic to get the job done. Bought 4 tires inflated with nitro. Needed air have waited for 2 months and they don’t have the gas. Talked with Omar who told me the manager would be in tomorrow. Called the next day asking for the name given. Omar answered and when seemed confused putting me on hold for 10 minutes. Called back talked to Manager Steve. Requested to know when I could get tires properly inflated. He told me he would call the company and call me back. 2 weeks and no call.

Great customer Service. Jack is the top of the line. Awesome!! He made everything so easy for me. He was patient, kind and caring.. Very timely with getting his customers I'm and out. I had visited another Ramona's before but this one was nice. Made sure that I understood what needed to be done. Very pleased 👍👍
