ok the staff is really nice, they are really nice! but the facilities are an immediate no. we are living in a desert here where it's extremely hot or extremely windy or both. they decided that it's best to have us wait outside in said weather? there is so much space out here they could build an airport but instead they decide to take as little space as necessary and put their loyal-good customers outside to burn? thanks a lot costco you guys are real geniuses

A little disappointed. Got four new tires installed and specifically asked them to check the tire sensors. They told me they saw no issues with them and I drove the vehicle home. One tire was flat when I arrived home, and had to put on the spare and drive back. And after a second inspection they inform me that both front tire sensors were not working and they could not replace them as it was a battery issue. They did fix the tire because of a poor mounting issue on their end. But the entire experience was not that great.

My tragic day:I need a emergency Tire so I ran to costco and they were unable to assist me. I came in 30 minutes before closing.Yes, they where busy but I was willing to wait I just need 1 tire (my spair spair popped on the freeway). They have great deals on tires and battery but they could not assist when I need them the most. (all other tire shops where closed) :,( Lesson: don't go last minute make an appointment. This is not an emergency Pit Stop. Call your insurance don't be stubborn if you need assistance.
