If you want to be told to “guess” at letters you've told the optometrist you can’t see, and then be told that you have 20/20 vision when you (by chance) guess correctly, this is the place for you. Wasted my insurance benefits this year. Thanks Costco!

The lady booking the appointments today was horrible. The man in front of me had missed bis appointment and she was willing to try to him hom fit in. I.tried to do the walk after hearing that and she straight out said no, without offering anything. Bad customer service.

My appointment was scheduled at 1030. I arrived at 1020 (if you're on time, you're late). I updated my health info and waited. At 1030 another pt went into the exam room...mmmhmm. At 1040 I was called for the preliminary eye stuff (the air puffs and hot air balloon thing). And then I waited...and waited. At 1100...I was still waiting. At 1100, two 1100 apointments showed up. At 115 I was called into the exam room. At 1135, my eye exam was complete. I waited about 2 minutes for my prescription. The eye exam is $59 for glasses. The service here sucks, but I do like the physician. I just wish she and her receptionist could come together and figured out an efficient system. 1 star seems harsh, but c'mon!
