I’ve been to this store 4 times and experienced bad customer service. The employees seem to have a bad Attitude when I reached out to get my drinks from the fridge she aggressively approached us to tell us to close it although it was closed by the time she got there. In another visit a different employee accused me of not looking like my id and said i was being suspicious. Overall l, i like the store but its not worth it if employees are going to treat costumers badly.

This is a really charming store with cute knickknacks. I wish the pens were better quality because for $2/each it's a little disappointing when they die in a month. Also, the last time I was there (on October 1, 2019), the manager was yelling (or speaking very firmly in a non-discrete way) to an employee about something in the middle of the store. That made it a little bit uncomfortable to shop when I could hear their loud conversation. It seemed like the manager was extremely unhappy with the way a situation was handled and she chastised the employee somewhat harshly. I hope that manager sees this and will be kinder and more discrete to her employee next time.
