Lady with short red hair is so rude on multiple occasions I’ve had bad experiences cos of her presence, I heard her cuss out teenagers for laughing and accidentally dropping something, plus she’s always in a bad mood with a dirty look on her face! If she hates her job that much she should just quit. She needs to be fired and if she’s the one managing this location it would explain why it’s gone so down hill.

I was very pleased with the selection of Japanese snacks and anime merch, and I was happy to find a CD from one of my favorite bands for under $10. However, I did not appreciate being signed up to the VIP program without being explicitly told it was a $12/month subscription, or to a magazine subscription service outsourced to another country. I spent over an hour in the parking lot cancelling both subscriptions. I would have loved to return here had I not been scammed. Please have your employees refrain from this unethical practice in the future.
