This is an excellent store for gourmet minded individuals. It is labeled as a chocolate shop, and in truth their selection of chocolate is exceptional, but their salt collection is where they really shine. I am a frequent online patron, but on a recent trip to Portland, I had to stop by. The salesperson, Charlotte, was very welcoming and helpful. In between helping other customers select chocolate, she allowed me to sample the special collection salts in jars along the top shelves. She was very patient and happy to help in getting down most of the collection. This store is most definitely worth a visit any time you're in Portland.

This is a small store with a LOT of lovely merchandise arranged in a way that only makes sense to the staff. Since salt tends to be in small containers, there is a lot on one shelf. I wish it was alphabetized so that I could find what I wanted and get out of the way of the many other shoppers there. As it was, I left with nothing on this trip. 😕

Lots of really cool and unique items here. You can attend demos and learn about salts. There's so many different types available. There's also a large variety of chocolate! They come local and from abroad so come by and spend some time and try all the things. #localguide

Whenever we come to town to visit we come by The Meadow. If you’re looking for chocolate to take home as gifts or to just eat it yourself this is the place to go. They’ve got 2 walls of chocolate bars which are mostly local. Also grab some good quality salt or bitters. The people working here are always nice and open to talk about the products.

They do not deliver. They have a wholesale of Salt that is called Bittermans Salt Company. If you want delivery I recommend checking out Postmates or something of that nature.
I don't think so. All the salts i remember are for cooking.
