Yes, one of the few places that are. Actually purchased a vehicle from the owner. Had a problem with it and called him about it, and he took care of the repair.... no charge! Very reputable guy.
Call him up and tell him exactly what you want to do and I bet you'll get a better quote than any other muffler shop
