They want to take money directly out of my account and my bank discourages that for good reason... I send in my money but they cancelled and said I have to have them take it monthly from my account... Lots of complaints on BBB...
I don't know your situation nor anything about your home or relationship with them. I would ask them. I'm sure if they cancelled you there was a reason why and they would have given you your money back for payments received if you has cancelled service. AB MAY may have a few bad apples ( some aren't necessarily bad but try to make that extra buck when they shouldn't but probably feel like they need to as hard as times are ) but over all they do try to work with people and right any wrong. Hell I just keep my service basically for convenience. I can do damn near everything they can and what I can't do I can learn but as I'm ageing somethings I don't feel like it. I like having AB MAY as my cushion so I don't mind paying them the day they stop being a company that makes it right will be the day I cancel. I would call them and ask if I were you because it doesn't make sense you would be cancelled after making payments and nothing was done about it or there's something you're not say
