Bryan was helpful and very nice guy. He was teaching a young apprentice, who was learning paying attention close to the job. Explained the info in reference to my main line clog, Bryan grabbed the 4” water blaster to clear the clog. Within minutes the job was done. I appreciate the quick friendly response on the job thanks again fellas, I highly recommend A.B.May !! Not to mention the great price on special they’re cleaning any drain for 79$. Great value. I am not sure if it’s a limited time deal so check with them on the offer when you call for service.

We were calling around frantically trying to get some things installed before our refinance inspection. The scheduler went above and beyond to call dispatch to see if we can be squeezed in the next morning. All other places were way too booked solid from recent storms. Jeremy Laber installed a tough ceiling fan and tough bathroom vent. It was expensive, that's for sure. But the quality and customer service were top notch. He took the time to make sure it was done right. Also super chill and nice. And everything works great. He warned us about an unavoidable noise from the vent and we chose not to do anything with it. It was nice to be alerted to something instead of it being a surprise. Last electrician I had over, left knowing the install wasn't working and told me to figure it out on my own cause he had other calls to go on. I never called them again. I'll definitely be calling AB May and asking for Jeremy on our next job. Expensive, but you get your money's worth for sure. Thank you!

Let me start by saying that Brian Wynes was AMAZING! He represented your company well. He was courteous, kind, informative, and really took the time to help us when we were dealing with our plumbing issues. I am serious when I say how absolutely wonderful he was! He went above and beyond and his customer service was stellar! Great job and I hope he is recognized for his service! Thank you!

I recently purchased a new HVAC System which the technicians did an excellent job from what I've seen. The entire process from the sales rep to the installation was top-notch. However, The biggest drawback is dealing with their "customer service" department. Dealing with them makes me have buyer's remorse. If I could, I would return everything in a heartbeat and deal with not having an HVAC system for the time being. The department that should set the standard for customer service does not know the meaning of customer service. I've dealt with multiple individuals, Michael Richmond *cough *cough, with a poor attitude and lack of care when dealing with customer issues. In addition, the department seems to lack any resources to help the customers. The typical answer I get is, "they will be there between 8-12" or "they will call 30 minutes before heading your way." Ok... I know there is a window, but can you tell me if the technician has an issue at the current job that might delay or reschedule my appointment. There has to be a way to provide transparency on the status of the technicians. I rather reschedule, knowing the technician won't make it to my appointment versus wasting my entire day to find out they won't be there at the last minute. Too many vacation days wasted just to make myself available with no service done. I expected more in terms of customer service, especially spending 18k. Overall, I've had a good experience with the exception of their customer service. Because of that, the only interaction I will continue with them is my complimentary maintenance and warranty.

Thank you. It does sound strange since we have had great service for 18 years+.
Always very satisfied with professional attitude and work of A B May. They may cost a little more but you’re definitely getting good service.
Yes, we do! Please give us a call at 816.413.1782 and we can get you scheduled.
I believe so, as they included a purifier like that in discussion of a new system. Best to call and ask specifically.
We don't sell dishwashers but would be able to install one that you purchased elsewhere. Give us a call if you'd like to talk someone about it.
These guys n gals are absolutely amazing, always on time or a call if they're going to be late, knowledgeable and always keep me informed on new things happening.😀 Great company.
Thank you for letting us know about your positive experience.

Yes. Give us a call at 913.383.2222 We can send someone to your home to see what system best fits your needs and provide a quote
We actually have their home warranty plan and have been very pleased with it. A service call fee beats paying a plumber or electrician's service call fee.
I'm very sorry that was your experience with A.B. May they are a great reptuable company please give them a call and voice your concerns. Again I'm sorry there were problems with your experience with them. Please give them a call I'm sure they will try and make it right and resolve any issues you may be experiencing with there service to the best of there ability. Have A Great Rest Of Your Day. I'm just an A.B May Customer
They want to take money directly out of my account and my bank discourages that for good reason... I send in my money but they cancelled and said I have to have them take it monthly from my account... Lots of complaints on BBB...
It’s important to turn your A/C on and test it before it gets really hot outside. Give us a call if it isn’t cooling or if you hear rattling, popping, grinding, or hissing sounds. Also, make sure you have a clean air filter. Clean filters and regular maintenance can keep your air conditioner performing it’s best. Finally, see what kind of batteries your thermostat uses. If your A/C goes out this summer, the repair you need to get it going again may be as simple as replacing a battery.
Our trip fee is $89. When we come to your home, we listen to you, diagnose the problem, explain the repair options (including cost), and get your approval before we begin the repair.
