We actually have their home warranty plan and have been very pleased with it. A service call fee beats paying a plumber or electrician's service call fee.
I had a home warranty and changed to the service agreement. It's a huge relief knowing that you've got reliable, courteous service on call. They've been very respectful and responsible in response to covid-19 as well, in my opinion.
