Unfortunately YES. Masks are required in all public areas in Maryland right now, including retail stores, convenience stores, carry out restaurants and even in some "eat in" restaurants/bars. I am headed to Ocean City tomorrow and I was told that Masks are required while on the Boardwalk and certain parts of the beach!
