They do. There are two kinds, one that describes the video in one ear and plays regular audio in the other and one that simply makes the movie louder. Also, they have closed captioned devices that sit in a cupholder and are adjustable so just you can see the words from the movie.
I honestly dont know. But i would hope that they will have something to assist you. I myself wear a hearing aide. Sorry i couldnt be more help.
