We made a last minute decision to euthanize our pet hamster because he was suffering. Michelle went the extra mile to get everything set up for us (including getting him cremated) at a reasonable price. Because of their services, our little baby boy was able to rest peacefully. Thank you so much ❤

It is "curbside still" which I did not know as it my first time going there. The staff and Doc were all super fantastic kind sweet and informative.

Hadn't had any issues with Rosewood Heights Pet Hospital previously so when our dog got sick this is where we took her. Unfortunately miscommunication led to a huge vet bill when their assumptions about what was wrong with our dog led to a number of costly tests. Every website and previous experience indicated there was an issue with worms. Which I said when I first called to make the appointment. We took a stool sample as we have for any other similar issue with our pets. The stool examination wasn't done first. Instead various other tests were done which came back negative. Including a parvo test when it was this vet who administered the vaccine earlier in the year. And a pancreatitis test when the dog didn't have a fever, wasn't lethargic and wasn't showing lack of appetite. All done before the fecal exam (which ended up being the cause, whipworms). The third test being one of which was a $130 test that we weren't aware the cost of ahead of time. Scrolling down thru reviews I can see someone else had a similar issue and was responded to by the vet with "If that's the case, we have made the adjustment to review all costs with owners every time, no exceptions, to avoid any unexpected expenses". That was obviously not done here. Upon us questioning the charge afterwards we were argued with repeatedly saying that we asked for the test to be done. Somehow we knew the name of the test and the cost, since we're also vets. And that they don't quote costs on every test because it can be seen as "profiling" their clients. What? That makes zero sense. As your doctor mentioned in the previous response, that was supposed to be your common practice. As it is at all other vets I've visited. Especially a test that is significantly more costly than any other test done. I found the person I spoke to incredibly unprofessional and accusatory. Repeatedly pointing out that we were late for our appointment and all the favors they were doing for us. If they didn't want to see our pet then don't. That's completely irrelevant to how you handle your clients. If you can't take the time to conduct yourself professionally throughout and quote prices for tests before they're done, as you've stated is your practice, because in your eyes a client inconvenienced you, then don't accept the client that day. I won't be taking my pets here ever again and I advise you all to make sure you question everything.

Not yet. They still make you wait outside. I'm not comfortable doing that either
I really can't answer your question about the pet but I o now it's a good place.
Hi, Kim. Unfortunately, we do not see reptiles. You could try Dr. Jones at Pope Animal Hospital. Michele
