Apryll made my experience today exceptional by being so kind and helpful in answering all of my questions regarding my drivers license as well as being patient and answering a few questions that my teenage daughter had about getting her license in a couple years. I've never had such a good experience at a DMV office before and I thank her!

Absolutely HATE THIS PLACE!! I get anxiety knowing I have to go here. This time I had to go back here after being robbed just days after receiving my new D.L. AND State I.D. because the officer DID NOT give me a police report I had to pay AGAIN for new copies!° the victim is victimized more than once.

As far as Govt. offices go you cant get any better then the Bethalto SOS office. I have never had a wait here, the people are friendly and seem to work fast.

They require an appointment now for any licensing services at this location. They only seem to schedule day by day, so Good luck getting one.
