We drove from ny. A 12.5 hour drive. We arrived in Alton Illinois at 11:30 pm, starving. Saw a Domino's delivery person at our Premiere Best Western hotel and decided to call. They wanted the address which I didn't know but found. They then wanted zip code even though it was the same town( which I had no idea not being from that state) Woman said they couldn't proceed with my order without the zip code. I was too exhausted and frustrated at that point and just hung up.

The worse service ever!! Ordered online to pick up at the drive thru. Got there waited and waited and waited. Got out of car tapped on the drive thru window and waited and waited. They knew I was there and completed ignored me. Get out of car walk around building go inside and politely asked " is your drive thru broke?" Worker says "no" and hands me my order sitting in front of her. Which includes a 2 lit bottle of Pepsi, 2 pizzas and a side order to carry around the building to my car parked at the drive thru window where I should have been handed my order in the first place. No "sorry we ignored you for half hour and made you come in and walk your order back to your car and drop the 2lit Pepsi to the ground and still feel we are entitled to a TIP!! This Domino's should just close their drive thru or hire employees that can multitask

Until recently, my orders were always delivered in a timely manner. However, the last two orders were not. Last night, on the tracker it showed that my pizza was out of the oven and 'quality checked' at 515. At 5:58, the tracker changed and showed that it had just been checked, although the car showed that it was already 5 minutes from me. When delivered, the pizza was STONE COLD and I had to reheat it in the oven. It would have been faster and cheaper to get a frozen pizza if I have to put it in the oven myself anyway!! UPDATE: Because I am STUPID, I decided to give this store another chance. Afraid to order pizza again, I ordered two sandwiches, a salad, and a 2-liter Coke. (order #685491) A total of $31.65! It says "delivered" and I do NOT have it. The store is not answering the phone. I want my money refunded and I will NEVER order from this place again!!! Tue, Nov. 23 A friend finally was able to contact the store and was told to tell me to look again! It was obviously delivered to the wrong place and no amount of looking will make it appear....so hello, Papa John from now on.
