Simply having a DD-214 will not gualify for making reservation or entry at Fiddler's Cove. It is a military facility. You must have an active duty ID, reserve, retired and spouses or other sponsored family members, DoD civil service and immediate family member's with sponsor and ID. DoD contractors ID are excluded from using the facility.

It is my understanding that you have to be DOD retired.. retired is the requirement...or active duty...

Sorry you have to be either active duty, retired or defense department civil employees.
