I love how the coaches at Cali4Fitness bring so much enthusiasm and energy every day to every workout they facilitate. Hands down, this is the best part of this gym! The motivation is real at this place and I didn’t realize how much I needed it before I started. I joined Cali4Fitness with a couple of buddies about 2 months ago. The workouts ARE NOT easy, so it has been helpful to me to do them with some friends. Each workout is different and each workout challenges me even more than the last. This is not a gym that lets you get complacent, but it is paying off for me, for sure. In just this short time, I’ve boosted my stamina, strength, and even lost weight! And, all of the different exercises have even helped me strengthen the little muscles and fibers around a shoulder injury I’ve had for years to the point where I can now bench press without pain anymore. Regarding my goals, I still have a lot of work to do, but feel empowered to achieve them from the multiple forms of support I get at Cali4Fitness: they send us newsletters every day with healthy tips and helpful notes of support; there are nutrition and accountability programs; and you can get access to hundreds of on-demand workouts. I recommend Cali4Fitness for anyone who is ready to commit to be fit!

I had a fantastic experience with Cali4fitness throughout my 28 day challenge! All of the coaches (Tato, Clyde, Jillian, and Whitney) are amazingly supportive and encouraging. They made me feel very welcomed and supported through their constant words of positive encouragement. I was able to learn a lot about nutrition and how to workout, while receiving actual results. I lost over 10 pounds in a little over three weeks! The coaches are always available to guide you through the whole process and answer and questions or concerns you might have. The workouts were doable for beginners and made me feel more energized on a day to day basis. The coaches were all very accommodating and made me feel extremely thankful for the whole experience. I highly recommend starting a membership!

I had an amazing experience at Cali 4 Fitness! Successfully crushed the 28-day back to school challenge last month and lost 20.6 lbs, 3.4% Body Fat and gained 1.8% lean muscle! Thanks to amazing coaches Tato, Jillian, Whitney & Clyde and the unwavering member support - it was so cool to complete this program and I couldn't have asked for better trainers or results. The gym is incredibly welcoming, the workouts are really fun and varied, and the nutrition plan seriously worked. 100% recommend if you're looking for a great atmosphere and transformation program - or just a great workout with fun people.

Hello Bria! We'll be answering all questions about the 42 Day Challenge at orientation. There are a few different programs available each with their own pricing. That's why it will be important to attend orientation so we can learn about your goals and set you up with a program that will be the best fit for you.
