Anaheim location has team training, if I've had my membership for over 5years do I have to upgrade to the $39 price to have access to that class? Previously all class were included.

Short answer is yes. The highest membership at Garden Grove is only premium. The newer gyms that offer team training have the More Membership, which includes Team Training (their take on personal training) and the in body analysis scale.
