This is the best gym I have ever been to. It accepts the Silver Sneakers program, has reasons prices for the amenities that is offered. The equipment is modern with dry hydrotherapy beds, infrared saunas, tanning, pool, hot tub, chuze cinema, indoor cycling, etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful and treat you like family. The gym is very clean and the showers are very private. I will not switch gyms unless I have memberships for multiple gyms. The photos below are the Women's locker room. I truly appreciate the kind staff members who dedicate their time here.

I do love this gym and the workers here. The staff is so friendly and make me feel happy to come to the gym. they do an amazing job keeping it clean, especially during Covid. Good job! I complained about another member of the gym working out, he was coughing with out a mask i addresses the matter to the staff and i feel very comfortable knowing i was heard out. Though, I wish mask were mandatory throughout the gym so that wouldn’t happen. I understand that each gym is able to make their own rules but having mask mandatory would make me feel more comfortable. Since numbers are going up in Orange County i believe they should require mask. By solving this problem I have been coming during slow hours. Personally if I’m working out on a machine or in the weight room and someone is next to me without a mask it makes me anxious and i want to leave that area. I want to be comfortable here. But alas I understand the rules. With out Covid into consideration this is a great gym and recommend my friends to come here when they want to go to the gym. Thank you management and staff!

The pool open from 4:30 am to 12 pm mon-thurs. Friday it close with the gym at 10 pm and sat Sun close at 8pm
Short answer is yes. The highest membership at Garden Grove is only premium. The newer gyms that offer team training have the More Membership, which includes Team Training (their take on personal training) and the in body analysis scale.
Why would you need it while working out?
I'd recommend getting there 45 mins before the class, reason being is because it is first come, first serve. You're able to sign up for a class as early as 30 mins before, so if the class is at 6:30, the button for sign up will be available at 6pm. Usually for the zumba classes, they fill up quickly.
