They are open,they open at 10:30,you can only enter from the outside entrance not the mall entrance though and they have a sign asking that people only shop for 30 minutes at a time💁🙂
I'm pretty sure you can go in! But not through the mall. Last time I went they had the door connecting them closed off still.
