Wow,. I now am the victim of the woke culture. I suspected what the meaning is. You hear it all the time. I looked it up. Now Barnes and Noble "in protection of their employees" is insulting and harassing customers. The employee is always right. Customers are expendable. I never thought it would happen to me.

It's pricey and there's stuff in there that I can get from Amazon for half the price but the atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly, and a way more convenient selection of books to chose from!

When people start complaining how Amazon is driving bookstores out of business and what a tragedy it is, I walk into a B&N and remember why ... The prices. It's not just B&N, it's most booksellers. Now, this B&N location is usually very clean and organized, but it's also in a mall which immediately makes access a pain in the arse. They have an amazing selection, but good luck affording any of it. If you like hunting for a parking spot and wading through hordes of people and paying sticker price for books, this is your place. However, I will shop used locally or online. It's not worth the hassle anymore.

Very rude! Spokane Valley Wa store manager was extremely rude! My husband and I were all by ourselves in a corner looking at a US constitution book. Manager came and said “put your mask up!” I said sorry but I can’t (mask was under my nose) She then very loudly said “ then leave my store and go elsewhere” I will never go back to a Barns and Noble! Kicked out… spent my money someplace else. Doesn’t deserve a star but o had to put one to post.

You would have to contact the store manager directly to ask. Barnes & Noble, if you're approved, wants to make sure you can promote whatever kind of signing you're doing through social media, or another media outlet. If there's more of a chance it will generate some monetary value they will be more apt to help :-)

They are open,they open at 10:30,you can only enter from the outside entrance not the mall entrance though and they have a sign asking that people only shop for 30 minutes at a time💁🙂
The cafe is open is just you can't eat and sit at the tables indoors you can still order coffee and muffins and that sort of thing but there's no sitting in the cafe but the cafe is still open
