What about rent? Since they haven't said anything about people not being able to pay rent.. what are they to do? Will you pay s months rent to?
I have noticed, that it looks promising for people to get help with their electric program. Money for energy assistance is a completely different grant program through the Union of concerned Scientists Foundation. I start writing for them when I was twelve, because of a wonderful teacher we had in St. Petersburg, Florida.
