My apartment complex has 4 trash bins and majority of the time they aren't completely empetied. Today 3 of the 4 bins still had garbage in them. I caught the trash pickup guys when they came back around to pick up lose bags of garbage. I emptied the one bin that was half full and instead of picking up a box and two bags of trash one of the guys kicked one of the bags and got garbage all over the place. I had to clean that up thanks. This service has really went downhill.

I have had this service for 3 years now and have never had an issue with pick up service or with customer service. Also I think for the service I get its cheap. Obviously the only people who write reviews for this service are only people who have an issue bringing their reviews down. I, for one, appreciate all they do and it is pretty necessary to have garbage picked up.

Our street has not been picked up for 2 1/2 weeks. Granted the weather has been bad, but UPS, FedEx and the Post Office have been coming daily. I’ve called twice in the last couple weeks. Today a garbage truck came down our street, turned around and left without picking up the garbage for any of our houses on the street. When I called the office, they don’t know who the driver is on the route, so they cannot contact him.

I reserved dumpsters and called once a week for month and two days prior to make sure we were good to go cause they are very flakey and hard to deal with and when it came time they never showed up and now mysteriously they claim I had no order for them and at our previous event in June they delivered the wrong sizes. When ever you call it seems no one knows anything about whats going on. All our other vendors have no problem with such simple tasks but they seem to either struggle or just dont care.

Price of living goes up so does everything else. That is a question u would need to call and ask about. That is cheaper then Kennewick price and Basin is a better garbage service by far.
