The first time we went in, we were greeted and we said “we want to look around without an escort” Jason Rowland said that was fine and gave us the layout of their lots. He gave us his phone number and said we could call if we had questions. For 2 years we returned occasionally to look for the right RV and he kept his word. Nobody ever bothered or pestered us. In May of this year we bought a Palomino 299RLC. We love it! The trade in / purchase process was smooth and everything was explained as we went. Today we had some warranty work done. It was handled expertly and quickly. I will definitely do business with them again!

I bought a used cargo trailer from the rust belt of America. Needless to say, it needed some fixing up. I’ve made plenty of parts runs to Broadmoor for things like breakaway switches/battery, tongue locks and wiring components. The staff in the parts department is absolutely top tier! They are the most knowledgeable and friendly group of folks I’ve ever encountered at any dealership in the country! It’s incredibly refreshing to visit a place with such professional, helpful competent employees!

We drove from Edmonds, WA to Pasco, WA to purchase our new trailer from Broadmoor RV, and we’re glad we did! First, we saved several thousand dollars based on the offer we made to a dealer closer to home, for the exact same trailer. Second, our sales person, Jason, was honest, communicative and had excellent follow-up. Third, our walk-through with Charles after our purchase could not have been more thorough. His 101 course taught us about the features of our new Winnebago 1808 FBS. We asked a lot of questions. He answered them with patience and professionalism. He was super knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice on how to maintain our new RV. It was a wonderful experience, beginning to end!

Well I sign I got on the west coast travel or B group on Facebook and I ask the community regarding the problem that I had in the past then they just tell me what parts to get and I've beene impressed with Broadmoor RV the lady that I've been dealing with there has been more than fair and gone above and beyond fabulous service but as for RV repairs in this area very limited
