If I sit in the wheelchair spots and noone who comes in with a wheelchair, can I still sit there? I watched Endgame with my mum and we sat at those seats, luckily noone came in with a wheelchair but is it still acceptable?

Yes you can it is set up just for that reason. A very special section so you can have more than one family member sit with you.
