The process with Extra Space Storage was pretty seamless, which is so helpful as moving is inherently stressful. Se reserved a space online (better prices) and scheduled a walkthrough. We were helped my Ben and Honey. Ben greeted us with great customer service, checked us in, showed us our unit and got us all setup with our new unit. All within 30 minutes or so. Honey helped us out as well with packing materials. The facility itself seemed well kept, new paint, and a very clean office. We’re super grateful for this team. Thank you for all your help!

I was just here this afternoon and I have to say, all the staff was very prompt and very attentive. Ben, who is the head of staff was very professional and kind. Honeylynn and Ben did an amazing job, very funny and attentive to our needs. Willing to go out of their way to make sure we had everything we need for our move.
