I had a really great experience today at Lucy’s formals. The young woman who helped me today was very sweet, patient and informative. She helped me and let me to try on all the dresses that I wanted. She really allowed me to browse through the store with comfort. Thank you so much for the great customer service.

My daughter tried a size 6 dress there and it was too big , so we ordered her a size 4. When we got the dress it was way too big and they wrote size 4 with a marker on the inside. It was poorly put together as well. We tried explaining this to the owner and she wouldn't hear it . She rudely said all sales were final. All we wanted was the same dress in the correct size. We sadly took the dress home and when we inspected the dress it still had the original tag saying it was a size 6 . I wouldn't waist your money at this store, we definitely will never go back.

Somebody needs to report this store! No customer, bride or not, deserves to be given the service given at this store. I am not sure what gives them the entitlement to treat people so rudely. My daughter, the bride, was assured she could exchange a flower girl dress she ordered if she needed to for a size found at the store. Well she lied and said she never agreed to that and would not allow my daughter to exchange. If I could give this establishment a 0 rating, I would! I have never experienced such rudeness or discard for good customer service. Avoid yourself a bad experience and don't shop at this store.
