First off this one star is not because I'm an Irate person, we purchase a jacket for our daughter school, and fancy stitching discovered that it was previously patched I really appreciate the information and I was able to get a new jacket for my daughter from her school. After returning the jacket to Fancy Sticking, Brenda was not in (by the way Brenda was great). There was a gentleman there which I did not catch his name and I asked him if Brenda could give me a call back just to confirm everything was the same, and there was no further issues since he had no answers for any of my questions. He immediately raised his voice started yelling at me, and told me "that was not necessarily, they're extremely busy and don't need to deal with nonsense phone calls even if it is from a paying customer." I reiterated to him that I just wanted to confirm that my daughter's jacket was going to be completed as previously discussed. This man has zero customer service skills he has zero gratitude for their customers.

I cannot say enough good things about Fancy Stitchin'!!! They are awesome!!! My daughter and I recently had a horrible heart-breaking experience with their competitor J L Custom Jackets in Moreno Valley, and Fancy Stitchin' came to the rescue! The owners of Fancy Stitchin' were incredibly knowledgable, kind, humble, and helpful when we were building my daughter's Letterman's jacket. They were so sweet to my daughter, making sure that everything was exactly as she wanted it. They told me if there were any issues with the coat when they received it from the manufacturer that they would send it back and get things corrected before they began the embroidering and putting on her patches. The owners are all about customer service and satisfaction, which is why they've been around for over 25 years with so many happy customers! I felt like we were family by the time we left their store. I can't wait to see how my daughter's jacket turns out. I'm certain it's going to be amazing!
