I would rate this store a 0/5 but they got most of my order right. Their drive through is slow and very busy. The inside of the restaurant used to be clean (pre covid) now they don't care any more. Sad.

It was a cloudy night 70 degrees outside, when I came across this red haired rude a.. ogre at the drive thru window. Giving attitude like if she was paid to do so. Making lies regarding her ice cream machine. I did not feel safe ordering here. She made me feel so uncomfortable. Please fire all this rude a.. staff.

This location is ridiculous!! I waited over an hour last night in the Drive-Thru for my food because the line was so long so the least I can expect with some freshly made food but no I got the opposite and my drink was watered down. I asked for fresh fries in the window and had a way to extra 10 minutes just for a side of tartar sauce maybe an hour and 25 minutes total there in the line. Only to get some food that has been sitting around was not fresh at all just thought I'd share this ridiculous experience if you come at night time you're probably going to go to the same stuf

This morning after waiting in a very long drive-thru line….. one that ended near the entrance and exit near Chase Bank, I finally got my food and it had a long strand of hair in it. The only reason I noticed it is because I happened to pick up the sandwich and it was easy to see due to the yellow paper it’s wrapped in. I pulled it slightly to see how long it was and I got disgusted. I just don’t know if they are wearing bonnets or hair nets at all. I spoke with a manager who just offered me a replacement meal. It’s just after spending 30 minutes in a line, to get hair in your food and returning for another long line…. Just doesn’t make me feel happy or like my experience is compensated. They should have offered like a get to the front of the line pass. You can always replace money but time, can’t be replaced.
