The service is always wonderful, this jack in the box is my favorite one of them all. I have so many great experiences here, one that i will never forget is when it was raining out and i was just ready to head to the street when a worker from jack (Morelia) ran towards me and hands me a bag of fries that they’d forgotten to give out. i mean the dedication to go out and RUN in the rain i’m so thankful she caught me in time.

Ordered online and picked up, made no substitution or special orders but items were still incorrect.Ordered the chicken salad and they gave us a bowl with just chicken?! When I asked where my salad was they seemed confused and repeatedly asked what type of salad i ordered. Then the patty melt I ordered had no grilled onions, sent it back, new order didn't have onions again. 3rd time got it back, but with barely onions- I was done and wanted to go home plus no one ever apologized...everytime they handed me the burger the lady looked mad like it was fault that they kept messing up, extremely strange and exhausting experience.
