Trenton, Melanie's answer is right on the mark. There is a place just down the street however, across the highway that has a picnic area right on the lake. When you exit the parking lot of Woodland Trail Loop, go left on the highway and it will be on your right hand side probably less than a mile away.
Not really. There are a few benches and scenic vistas but there are no areas with tables or anything like that. It's just a short hiking loop really. Nice walk, though.
