There is no reason for anyone to be rude!
Never...even if a customer is rude to them. I'm not implying you were. Customer Service is a hard job and you have to deal with many personalities and you never know what another has dealt with or is going thru. A smile and a please and thank you goes a long way...regardless
Not sure her name but there is one employee that is usually rude. Everyone else is usually nice and friendly.
