Unless you feel the need to be annonymous, review on Yelp, here on Maps, and/or FB page. You could also try writing a letter and addressing it to Owner C/o The Water Lady Just some ideas. We've been going there for years, no issues, I hope your concern gets attention!
Ive been a customer for many years and like I said was surprised by the way I was treated. I guess I shouldnt ask any "dumb questions" around the older lady with white hair.
