My appointment yesterday was at 4pm. I showed up at 3:55pm and the receptionist told me that they cannot see me because I was late. I should have checked in at 3:45pm. The machines were already shut down. I have been going to Scripps for so many years and this is the first time that my appointment was cancelled for no good reason. I showed up on time! This is unacceptable. The receptionist was so rude. If I can only give a zero star, I would!

My name is Sherwat Siery , I went today so scared to do my right breast biopsy, but Christina the nurse, was so gentle and nice and know very well how to calm me down , then came the best Dr ever , Dr Zakari, a young man who explained all to me and was super nice , super gentle that I really didn’t feel anything, I like him so much , and after that , he came back to me on the mammogram room to check if I have more questions for him , what a nice gentleman, I’m super lucky that I met these two today , which each hospital gave one or two of this great examples, just want to say thank you for them and thank you for the polyester breast care center for always choosing the best , God bless

I’ve had many mammograms here and never reviewed the clinic. I’ve always felt in good hands here!! I went this morning and had my annual within 1/2 hour I was seen and out the door. In scheduling my appointment it was very quick from the time I called to having someone schedule me. My past experiences have also been the same!! I’d highly recommend this faculty.

This place is awful. I went there with an appointment, and had to wait for one hour to be seen by a technician. I went to front office person, and asked if there was a problem with my insurance. She informed me that there was not any problem associated with my insurance, and the radiologists took a long time to do their job. I was about to leave when finally one technician came to me and asked me if I wanted to be seen by her. They are not professional at all. It took them one hour and 15 minutes to do the routine mammogram for me. Don't go to this place.
