My hair is really thick and hard to dry and in its natural state I only get shampoo condition and blow dried. I have we to several professional shops where I was over charged and service not so friendly and quality of work wasn't satisfactory hair was still tangled had to come home and redo myself. JCP charged me 80 dollars and was quoted 90 dollars at another shop. The young lady at beauty College was so kind and friendly and went through my hair like she had been doing it for years. It was just like I wanted I was able to manage it was soft and I was 100% satisfied 😌 I recommend them highly.

I used to go here pre pandemic. Loved it for the price and I was okay with the students practicing on me. No problem. Post Covid. I heard they got a government grant. So why the cut in customer service time to only Mondays and Thursdays 1:00 to 3:00, and also an increase in price. What about the Monday holidays, like all federal holidays. Mani/Pedi is now $25 (Performed by student) - same thing at a professional salon for $35! It’s not the cost, it’s the principle. Because I tipped the students. Now it’s inconvenient and over priced. But I did hear that rumor about government Covid assistance.

Got a great haircut and shave at Jasmine today for $5 each. Ask for Malu, she is the best but all the students are good and have fun excellent instructors overseeing there work. They do nails, hairstyling, color etc.
